Ari Segal is an entrepreneur executive with a background in leadership, strategic consulting, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as CEO of Caps for Sale, a Los Angeles-based prop-tech company, he drives the organization's overall vision, strategy, and operations. Ari Segal’s role also requires him to keep track of the company’s key performance metrics while instilling accountability across all departments.
In 2020, Mr. Segal also became the CEO of Segal Consulting. As CEO of this company, he implements business planning, gap analysis, organizational diagnosis, and growth strategy.
Between 2011 and 2020, Ari Segal served as the head of school at Shalhevet High School, where he led a significant financial turnaround. His efforts transformed the school’s financial landscape, growing its annual budget from $5 million to $11 million and securing a $10 million endowment. His work at Shalhevet included spearheading a $20 million capital campaign, driving organizational change, and establishing the school as a leading educational institution.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Segal co-founded Pentable Capital, an investment micro-fund focused on real estate opportunities serving the USPS. Through his strategic oversight, the fund achieved an impressive 33 percent internal rate of return after successfully selling its portfolio.
